生産性向上と信頼
ほねごり代表の阿部です。我々の今年のテーマは【生産性向上】と【信頼】です。
ほねごりの午前営業時間は9時30分〜12時00分です。12時15分位になると施術者5名中1名程度が手が空いてきます。
手が空いたら何をやるのかが決まっていないと【なんとなく時間】になってしまいます。【なんとなく掃除】したり【なんとなくカルテ書いたり】。院長がやって欲しいことややらないといけない事が共有されていないと、実行されずに夜に思い出してやっているような事があると非常に生産性が悪いと感じます。
我々は社員みんなの生産性を上げていくためにやるべき事を朝礼で共有、ホワイトボードへの申し送りなどしていれば、なんとなくはなくなって行きます。
モノがなくなり、あれどこ言った？という時間も無駄な時間。そのような事が起こらないように現場中心主義を掲げ、日々働きやすい環境を作ろうと動いています。みんなが生産性を上げて、患者さんから信頼を得れるように、仲間とやりがいと働きがいある院になるように取り組んでいます。問診室の引き出しはこのように整頓されています。
