オーストラリアには、【足病医】とう職業があります。
足の医師です。
体の不調を治す上で、「足」から治す考え方がオーストラリアにはあります。
以前から、ダニエル氏とは関係がありましたが、今月から社内塾に追加されました！！！
皆さんも一度、見学できます！！(^^♪
簡単に出来る検査項目となっており「全員が自信を持って提供できる」ことが目的で簡易化されており、
非常にわかりやすく誰でも出来るようになる内容となっています！！
⑴ヒアリング
ファーストコンタクトと理由もあるが、一番パートの中でも時間をかけていた部分。
生活背景や日常生活動作での負担の確認。
負担がかかってくる場所を特定する。
※ポイントは、症状と足がリンクしている状態にすること。
※慢性疾患はすぐに変わるものではない、長く履いて少しずつ変えていく
アライメントが崩れていると1歩1歩の負担を患部にかけている。それが1000歩10000歩と増えていくと治療して良くなっても、
負荷がかかれば戻ってしまう。だから、正しいアライメントに変えて1歩1歩を治療としてインサートで変えていく必要がある。
⑵歩行チェック
歩いている際の足の運び方、股関節の使い方、踵骨の傾きなど動きの不備をチェックする。
⑶NCSP
術者が距骨を掴み、患者さんに足を動かしてもらい、正しい位置を確認する。
目的
①柔軟性や可動域を確認する
②正常に対して比較することができる
患者さんに足を見てもらいながら、RCSPに戻すことで自己認識してもらうことができる。
⑷普段履いている靴のチェック
平面に置いた際、靴に足の癖が出る。
傾いたりしていないかチェック
靴の硬さ、ヒールの安定性、歩く際に曲がるところが曲がるか
⑸FPI3ステップ評価

3前足部の位置
＋と0と-を用いて評価する
評価に少しばらつきが出たとしても、大きく評価がズレることはない。評価基準を近づけるためにも練習や院でのカンファレンスが必要。
評価がわかっていれば足の状態がすぐに頭へ浮かぶ。
⑹インサート作成
評価に基づいてパーツは決まっているので、理解すれば誰にでも簡単に自信を持って提案できるものとなっている。
回内→後足部ウェッジ（重症度に合わせて）
ニュートラル→安定が必要。調整はいらない
回外→アーチパット、前足部と外側部を厚くする。
誰でもできるやり方ではあるが、全てを100%の状態（アライメント）に持っていく必要はない。
少し良い状態に持っていくことで治癒に近づくと研究で言われている。
1歩1歩インサートが支えることで、1歩1歩が治療になる。
