●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 社内塾に参加でき現場で勉強しきれない部分も学べる 雰囲気は和気あいあい、むしろ元気すぎて最初はびっくりしました！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 風通しがよく、やる気があってしっかり行動できれば昇給できるところ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 二年間院長をさせてもらいました。 私の強みは、コミュニケーション力と行動力です。 今は、強みを生かしてほねごりの良さを広めるためにイベント活動をしています。 大きなお祭りやイオンモールなどの商業施設でイベントができるように交渉したり、 治療の体験を行い、初めての方にほねごりの良さを伝えたり、治療の話をしています。 強みを生かせるような環境を作ってくれた会社に感謝です！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ ほねごりを求めて毎日多くの患者さんがいらっしゃいます。 そこで一日働くだけでとても学びになると思います。 それが一か月、一年、二年と積み重なったらとても大きな経験値になります。 ぜひみんなで成長しましょう。
