●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 接骨院業界の中では考えられない程の給与設計や役職手当、人財育成を大切にしている社長の想いから開始された幅広い社内塾制度。 自己成長や家族を養う為にはある程度のお金が必要となるが、ほねごりに居れば自分の好きな職種で限りなく成長できる環境を提供してもらえ、 家族に負担をかけない未来を手に入れることができる。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 人に対して熱いところ！！ メンタルが落ちた時や未来が見えない時、失敗が続いてしまった時など自分自身では どうしようも無い時に必ず寄り添ってくれる人財が近くにいてくれること。 社長の想いである【人に対して人事を尽くす】ことを体現している人財が多いところ。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 バイトの面接にある店舗を伺った際の第一印象は『居酒屋かラーメン屋か？』と思ったこと(笑) 当時の自分が考えていた接骨院の常識をいい意味で破壊された。 【心と身体のパワースポット】で居続ける為には施術者や受付さんが元気でいることが 患者様に還元できる第一歩なのだと最初に学びました！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 初めまして！MGRの宇野です！！ 『ほねごり』は治療家としてだけでなく、社会人としての姿勢や在り方を学べるところです。 接骨院業界のリーディングカンパニーである『ほねごり』で一緒に働けることを楽しみにしてます！
