●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ほねごりは新卒で入社する方、中途で入社される方がは入りやすい環境だと思います。 私自身新卒でほねごりに入社しましたが、現場に配属される前にしっかりと座学で まず「社会人としての在り方」から教えて頂き、座学での研修や実技研修を身につくまで教えて頂けます。 テストに合格してから現場に配属となる為、不安よりも楽しみな気持ちがある状態で現場に入れます。 雰囲気もほねごり接骨院という院は『明るい、元気』というのが院の特徴で 患者様からも「話してると元気になるからいつも来てる」というお言葉を頂戴するように人と人とのコミュニケーションを大切にしています。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 ほねごりは福利厚生が充実しているのと学べる環境が整っている所、 1番私が良いと思う所に関しては年功序列などは関係なく、スキルアップしたい人、 役職を上げて頑張りたい人を全力でサポートして道を作ってくれる所だと思います。 自分の頑張りがとても結果に直結する部分が頑張り甲斐があると感じます。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 現場に配属される前に研修を行う為、同期とも仲を深めやすく地方から来る方などもほねごり内で 同僚ではなく「友達」と思えるような存在を作れ、プライベートも充実しやすいと思います。 私自身地元では無く、ほねごりに入社してから一人暮らしを始めたのですが休みの日や休みの前日など 同期と一緒にご飯に行ったり、遊びに行ったりという事もあるのでとても楽しいです！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ まずは自分が何をやりたいのか？を考えてみてください！！ 今やりたい事もそうですが、未来を考えた時にやりたい事を見つけてそれが実行できる就職先を見つけられると良いと思います。 私はほねごりに入って良かったと思いました。 皆さんといつかお会いできる日を楽しみにしています！！！
