●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ほねごりの制度ですごいのは新人研修を1ヶ月かけてやる事です！ 私の時代は現場で業務をこなしながら朝早くから夜中まで残って練習したり、自分で技術を盗んだりするのが当たり前でした。 ですが、ほねごりでは同期の仲間としっかり学んだあとで配属されます！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 がんばりが評価される所です！ 早い人では一年以内に院長になる人もいます！ 先輩が後輩のビジョンに寄り添い目標なやに向かって支援してくれます！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私は現在MGRをさせていただいていますが、初めは開業をする為に自費の勉強をしようとほねごりに入社しました。 ですが、仲間と共に志事をするうちに部下の成長がうれしくなり先輩が私にしてくれたように部下を成長させてあげたいと思い現在に至ります！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ なんと言っても仲間と共に成長できる環境がほねごりにはあります！ これから会社は更に成長しみんなのビジョンを叶えてくれると思います！ 是非一緒に働きましょう！
