●会社全体が向上心が高く、1個１個の『学び』に対して吸収していこうという雰囲気が強いイメージです。 現状のままでは前に進もうとしても立ち止まってしまうので、自分の目指したいゴールにはたどり着けません。 ただ、ほねごり全体が向上心を高く持ち前に進もうとする雰囲気が強いので良い意味で引っ張っててもらえます。 また、自分の『成長』のために支援してくれる社内研修や社内勉強会の種類も豊富で 新しい知識を『学ぶ』環境は整ってるので働いていくうちにどんどん楽しくなっていきます。 ●良い意味でボーダレス。 自分の『声』が上長にもしっかり届く環境があり、それについて真摯に考え適切な答えを出して自分の進む道筋をたててくれます。 自分の明確な道筋が見えるため、より効率良く自分の『成長』に繋げることが出来ます。 仮に壁にぶつかったとしても、その壁を乗り越えるために何が必要かを一緒に考えてくれるので、常に前向きに志事と向き合えます。 ●一番印象に残っているのは患者さんに対して多くの施術を提供をすることが可能で施術のバリエーションも豊富なので、 いろいろな悩みを抱えている患者さんから『ありがとう！今までずっと辛かったけど身体が楽になったよ！』と、言って頂けることです。 自分が考えて患者さんに提供した施術で多くの患者さんを笑顔に出来ることは本当に嬉しいことだと思います。 ●ほねごりは自分の『成長』を仲間と一緒に目指していける素晴らしい会社です！ 自分が『成長』していくことで多くの仲間の『成長』もサポートすることができ、 どんどん前に進むことが出来るので楽しく志事が出来ます！ そして何よりも一番大切な事は、自分や仲間の『成長』の先には多くの患者さんの"笑顔"があることです。 1人の人間として1人の施術者としても『成長』していけるやりがいのある会社なので、是非、一緒に頑張りましょう！
