●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ある意味自由な雰囲気です(笑) 技術面はもちろんのこと、知識面や施術以外の部分に関しても学べる場が多く、 「塾」という形でいくつかコマがあり、自分が学びたいものを学べるという制度があります 。塾によっては外部講師を呼んでいただいているものもあり、新たな発見や刺激をもらえるので学びたい人にはもってこいだと思います。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 人事面がとてもしっかりしています。勤怠時間や院の退館時間、公休数、有休数など、常に管理されており業界的に良い方だと思います。 あとは良い意味で【スタッフ＝家族】のような感じで優しく、上の人達もそのスタッフの人生を一緒に考えてくれたりするので、 今自分が一番何をしなければいけないのか？が明確になりやすく、しかもそれを皆でフォローしてくれる環境を作ってくれるのでとても成長しやすいです！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 入社当初は患者さんのことしか考えておらず、他スタッフとの連携など皆無に等しい状態でした。 でもその時は、自分の中ではそこまで問題意識がなく、ましては周りに悪影響を与えているとは思っていませんでした。 ですが、とある上司から「お前の考えは間違ってないが院の為になってない！」と喝を入れられました。 その時に周りから見られている自分や思っている方向と逆になっていることに気付かされ、180°自分変革を起こすことができました！ まだまだ成長しないといけない部分はありますが、自分の人生の中でとても印象的な話です。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 中途だからこそ感じるのは、他社と比べて成長スピードも早く、制度的にも業界では良い方だなと！ ほねごりはまだまだ成長期です！これからもっと働きやすい環境であったり、仕組みが作られていきます！ 現在でも充分ですが、より良くなっていくこの会社に期待してください！
