●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ほねごりは努力を評価してくれる会社です！ 役職が明確に分かれており、昇格基準もある為、自分の課題を見つけやすいです！ スタッフによって目標は違うと思うので、院長と面談しながらやりたいことを明確にしていきます！！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 ほねごりの良さは【学び】と【成長】です！！ ほねごりでは、治療や治療知識は勿論ですが、人間力やマネジメント力など色々な分野を学ぶことが出来ます。 整骨院は医療であり、サービスの分野でもあります。 色々な分野を知ることで幅を広げられます。私は見える世界が年々変わっていると実感しています！！ 学ぶ環境があるからこそ、知識が増え、結果的に患者さんに喜ばれるものを提供できていると考えています！！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私は一度ほねごりを辞めて戻ってきています。条件が良いところを探して転職に走りました。 ですが、やりがいがなければ続かない・・・ 患者さんから、ありがとうと言ってもらえる職業はなかなか無いと思います！！ ほねごりは成長を肌で実感できますし、壁にぶつかってもチームで助け合います。 社長や取締役から『いつでも戻って来い』と辞める時に声をかけていただき、3ヶ月で戻ってきました笑 戻ってきて本当に良かったなと思っています！！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 職を探すのは大変だと思います。 一つ言えることは、自分のやりたいことだけが出来る会社は無いと思います。 ですが、やれる環境にいることが大切です！！ たとえやりたいことが無くても、ほねごりでは上司の先生達が一緒に考えてくれます！！ 是非一緒にほねごりで成長していきましょう！！！
