Q.ほねごりの魅力を自身の経験を踏まえて教えてください。
ほねごりは、努力をしっかり評価してくれる。
私が1番魅力に感じるのは、自己成長できること。社内でのステップアップできる制度がしっかりしている点です。もちろん自分の努力次第だとは思いますが、努力をしっかり評価してもらえる印象が強いです。私が所属しているフラッグシップ事業部では、特に実績で評価されるのではなく、態度・姿勢での評価があります。売り上げを上げることだけが評価になるのではなく、日々の仕事に対する向き合い方などをみられています。評価され、昇格するためにテストやプレゼンなどもありますが、そこへの準備も上長がしっかりサポートしてもらえるので、自己成長しやすい環境だと感じています。
Q.働いていて良かった事を教えてください。
新しい体験が、自分の成長につながっているということ。
とにかく新卒で経験のなかった私に色々と学ばせていただける環境がありました。研修でのマインド育成にはじまり、現場に入ってからの上司の方々の育成への熱量。とにかく全てが自分の成長につながりました。私の掲げている目標を、私の周りの他のスタッフが全力で支えてくれてくれたり、チームとして、組織としての相乗効果できる環境があり、今では副院長という役職につくことができていると感じます。治療家は治療技術を1番に大切にしていた印象でしたが、ほねごりは治療家である前に人として成長できます。ほねごりなくして今の私の成長はなかったと感じます。
Q.その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。
社長と距離が近い、闊達で元気な環境に感動。
入社後、1ヶ月間は本部研修を受けました。ほぼ毎日研修終わりに社長が声をかけてくださり、その日の振り返りや、学びになる本を貸してくださいました。正直毎日緊張して手に汗握ってたのを覚えています。笑ただ、素直に、お声をかけいただけたことに喜びを感じていましたし、自分自身全く経験のない状態であったので、研修期間の1ヶ月本を読みことで、たくさんの刺激と学びを得られ、今私がほねごりで働く土台になっているのを感じます。社長と社員の距離も近く、直々に話す機会があるということが、ほねごりが闊達で元気な会社になっている所以と感じています。
