●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 パワースポットという数ある接骨院業界との差別化を図りとても明るく元気そして活気のある雰囲気です。 昇格制度も年功序列では無いところ。若い業界人にも必ずチャンスがある。 だからこそ全員志高く毎日充実していると感じます。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 上記でも述べたとおり、全てにおいて【自分次第】でいくらでも道は選べるなと思ってます。 昇格、育成、管理、経営。一社会人として幅広い視点や視座を学べる環境にあります。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私自身体育会系出身なのですが、元気や礼儀は元々身についてると思っていましたが。 まだまだ自分が未熟と知れるくらい入社した時の上司の皆さんに驚きました。 でもそれと同時に揉まれて揉まれて、今の自分がいると思っています。 結局の所、気合いとやる気と本気度とちょっぴりフレッシュさがあれば 若い我々世代でもいくらでも上長が寄り添ってくれ共に成長させてくれるきっかけをくださいます! ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 人に選ばれるには何かある。その何かを知れるところです。 数多くある接骨院、接骨院よりほねごりが選ばれる理由。 我々が体現していること、それが伝染し会社を、院をチームとして力を合わせれる。 そしていつのまにか成長している自分になっていると思います。 是非、今と違う自分になりたい。 一皮も二皮もむけ治療家として、社会人としてなりたいのであればほねごりを一度自分の目で見てみても良いのかと思います！
