●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 新人研修が充実しています。技術だけでなく、社会人としての考え方、接遇も教えてくれるので、 はじめの研修が充実していることもほねごりの魅力です。また社長を筆頭にどの院も和気あいあいで仲間想いのスタッフが多いです！！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 成長スピードが速い！！ やる気次第でどんどん成長することができる環境が整っています。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 ほねごりは本社にバーがあります（笑） 節目節目でお疲れ様会などがあり、そこでは社長とも気さくな話をすることが出来ました！！ こないだ話した時に教えてもらった「安全領域外の経験をする（まだ見ぬ世界に飛び込んでいく）」というお話がとても印象的です！ 30代は「色々なことに挑戦する」をテーマに動いていきます(^^) ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 今は様々な働き方ができる世の中になってきました。 その中でもほねごりは将来の可能性に溢れている接骨院です！！ 是非ほねごりで自分自身のの可能性を開拓していってください！！
