●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 入社当時は研修などはなく現場にすぐ配属になっていましたが、 今では本社の機能も充実し、新人研修やその後の様々なステップにあった、 研修制度があり。いつでも成長できる環境があります。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 色々な挑戦をサポートしてくれる。 出来ないことを出来ないままで終わらせず、人として成長する環境があり 昔の自分では考えられない事に挑戦することが出来ました。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 以前勤めていた整骨院の部下が、ほねごりに就職し、今では院長になっている事。 業界でも注目企業になっていると思います。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ いつまでも成長し続ける会社です、入った頃には考えられない会社になっています。 この先のほねごりは普通の接骨院では考えられない、見たことのない企業になって行くと思いますので。 色々な体験・成長を一緒にしていきましょう。
