●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 他の接骨院と比べても福利厚生が充実しており手当が多い。 雰囲気はどこの店舗に行っても気持ち良い挨拶で通院していて元気が出るという患者さんが多い印象です。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 年齢関係なく若くても自分の頑張り次第で役職を上げることが出来る。接骨院の業界では中々ないと思います。 現に私が28歳ながらもエリアマネージャーという役職を担えていること、23歳で院長を任されているスタッフがいるということが証明となります。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 自分が院長になった時に初めての部下が出来て日々出来ないことを出来るように毎日練習をした結果当時の最速昇格をすることが出来た。 本人の努力が実った瞬間でとても嬉しかったことを今でも覚えています。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 自分の人生は自分自身で決めるものです。思い通りになるものではなく行動通りにしかならない。 人生をより豊かにしたい人にはおすすめです。ぜひ一緒に働きましょう。
