●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 制度として凄いと感じる所は【育成力】です。 その中でも【社内塾】と呼ばれる制度です。 テーピング、鍼灸、トレーナー、経営の事など社内で学べる事が沢山あります。 本来はお金を払って受けるような事もほねごりでは社内で学べる環境が凄く魅力的だと感じます。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 無資格でも活躍出来る事！ 私の前職は不動産で何も知識がありませんでしたが、学べる環境が沢山ある為 入社して【1年半で院長】、【3年でサブマネージャー】という役者に就く事が出来ました！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私が以前問診をさせて頂いた新患さんで、最初の症状は腰でしたが、問診で深くヒヤリングしていくことで その方は【腰の痛みのストレスで眠れない事】が実は一番の悩みでした。 患者さんも気づかないような所を引き出し、問診でここまで話しを聞いてくれるんだと感動して涙を流しておりました。 腰の痛みを取って終わりではなく、ちゃんと眠れるようになる為に通うメニュー、 期間、頻度を伝え3ヶ月継続した所腰の痛みも取れて、しっかり眠れるようになりました。 症状は改善しましたが、今でもほねごりが大好きでメンテナンスで通って頂いております。 この方のように【潜在ニーズ】と呼ばれる奥深くのお悩みを改善出来るのもほねごりの強みです。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 資格者、無資格関係なくやる気次第で成長出来る場所です。 一緒にほねごりで【技術者】として【人】として成長していきましょう！
