●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 自分の頑張りを認めてくれて、だれでも昇格できるチャンスがある！ そしてプライベートもしっかり確保できる環境があるので、充実した日々を送れます！ それぞれの院の雰囲気がありますが、共通して言えることは「元気」「明るい」「楽しい」だと思います！ 色んな店舗に行ったことありますが、この3つはどこの店舗でも患者さんから聞いた言葉です！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 とにかく「人」を大事にしてくれる！ 役職関係なく、一人一人のサポートが手厚いので 自分に合った働き方を見つけることが出来ます！ 1人で多くのことを抱えることはなく、必ずチームとして動くので色んな人の手助けがあり、 助けてもらった分今度は自分が助けるという個々を思いやる気持ちが強いスタッフが多いです！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 ほねごりに入社後、鍼灸の専門学校へ通う道を選んだ時に、 通い方のサポートや卒業後の戻ってこれる場所まで用意して下さいました！当たり前かのように！ そして色んな先生が会う度に話しかけてくれたり、連絡をくれたり、、 わたしはそのおかげで働きながらも勉強に集中でき、卒業後もまたほねごりで働けています。 そしていまの役職になれたのもほねごりという環境や周りの方々のおかげだと思います！ 改めて「人に恵まれてるな」と思えた瞬間でした！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 色んな人が成長出来る場所がほねごり。 一人一人に寄り添い、施術者としても1人の人間としても成長できる会社です！ 成長し続ける会社で、仲間と一緒に充実した毎日を送りましょう！ ほねごりでお待ちしてます！
