●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 社内塾という学びの場があり、お金を投資してセミナーなどになかなか参加できない方でも【学びたい！】という方に、 会社を代表する専門分野に合わせた講師が学びの場を設けてくれます。どの塾も学びを成長に変えられる塾だと思います。 院の雰囲気は、患者さんからは身体だけでなく、心も元気にさせてもらえるというお声を沢山頂けます。 活気のある挨拶や元気溢れる院内はまさにパワースポット！！！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 年齢、資格関係なく【成長したい！！】という熱意と向上心さえあれば役職を上げていける会社です。 また、自分の長所や得意な事を活かした役職もあるため、躓いても、立ち上がり前へ上へと伸ばしてくれるとても良い会社です。 朝早く技術練習に携わってくれる仲間や、悩みを抱えている人がいたら悩みを解決するまで サポートしてくれる仲間想いな人財が多い所がほねごりの良い所です。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 23歳の時に院長を経験させてもらい、リーダーシップを学ばせて頂きました。 24歳の時にSMGRという管理職を経験させてもらい、マネジメントを学ばせて頂きました。 26歳の時には、HR課という人の力を最大限に生かす課に移動し、 人財採用、新入社員研修、会社の技術力、問診力の向上に携わりました。 ほねごりが大切にしている行動理念の【変化価値論】を一番に体現したのではないかなと思っております。 変化を成長に変えられたからこそ今の自分がいると思っております。 現在では、スペシャリストという問診を武器に患者さんの未来の健康のために日々精進しております。 沢山の経験と学びから沢山の患者さんを救える治療家になれました。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 沢山の患者さんの健康を救うためには、みなさんの力が必要です。治療家としてだけでなく、 人としても成長できるのがほねごりの良い所です。 【ありがとう】という言われて感謝をされて対価(お給料)を貰える志事はこの志事しかないと思います。 沢山のありがとうのために一緒に働ける日を楽しみにしています。
