●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 とにかく「学ぶ」「成長する」という部分が他にはない部分だと思います。 恥ずかしながら、入社前は人の気持ちを考えられない人間でした。 今私は院長という役職に挑戦させて頂いております。 その中で、技術だけでなく人間性や「ヒト」としての経験値を積むことができています！ 「あの人はどう感じるだろう」「きっと、この言動をはこう感じさせてしまうかな」 人の気持ちを考えられない人間が、今ではチャットの文面、家族に送る文章でさえ気持ちを読み手の気持ちを 考えられるようになっています。 人を大事にし、人が成長する環境がほねごりにはあると感じております。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 26歳の年齢で人を率いたり、人を育成したり。 若いうちでもどんどん挑戦できて、かつ1人で戦わずに、 フォローして頂ける環境が整っているところだと思います。 また、親身に相談に乗ってくれる先輩方の存在も大きいです。 そして実際に話を聞いて頂けるだけでなく、解決策まで一緒になって考えてくれる。 時間を惜しまず作ってくれる仲間が周りにいる。 働いていてとても安心感のある組織なのではないかと感じております！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 実は過去、私自身が失敗をしてしまった時があり、 周囲からの評価も、自分自身の自己分析も最低レベルで とにかく「やめてしまいたい」と思った時期がありました。 そんな時でも面と向かって「お前ならやれる」「絶対に成長させて見せる」 と向き合ってくれた上司がいました。夜遅くまで話を聞いてくれたり、 時には食事にも連れて行ってくださったり、自身の失敗談も赤裸々に語ってくれたり。 そんな経験をしたからこそ「自分もこんな上司のようになりたい」と本気で思えました。 目の前で困っている患者さん、スタッフ。 この人の為に、自分は何ができるだろうと人間として成長するきっかけになったエピソードでした。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 「俺には無理だ」 「私にできるかな」 自分に自身がない。できるかわかんない。 将来何やっていいかわかんない。 自分になにがあっているのかわからない。 ほねごりはとことん「人」に向き合います。 何が得意で、何が苦手で。 個人個人が輝ける環境が揃っていると思います！ 「自分に自信がない。」 大丈夫です！これから一緒につけていきましょう！
