●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ビジョンを大切にしていて自分が目指すべき場所を達成させるために 自己成長できる環境がある若いスタッフも多く和気あいあいとしていて元気は必須だと思います。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 治療家として技術など学べることが多くあるほかに、「人間性」の部分もしっかり学べる環境があるところ 人と関わることが多くあるため、考え方や在り方・姿勢など根本の部分を学べるのは、 自分の幅を広げられるので とてもありがたいです。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 自分に自信がないときに、支えてくれたのが上司でした。 その姿や立ち居振る舞いを見てこの人みたいになりたいなと思いました。 自分の人生において新たな価値観をくれて、今では尊敬する上司です。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 自分がやりたいことを見つけるのは難しい時もありますが、 どうなりたいかを常に大事にするようにしてください。 それを、明確にしていくことで周りはサポートしてくれます。 みなさんの未来に向けてほねごりで切磋琢磨できると思いますので、お待ちしております。
