●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 特別休暇の福利厚生を用意されており、子どもの行事などで休暇を取るスタッフも多くいます。 「子育てや介護などの事情で急な休みが必要になったときも、スケジュール調整やほかの従業員のサポートによって協力できるようにしています」 ほねごりの強みの一つに「チーム力」があります。定期的にチームでミーティングを行い、 患者さんの症状共有や問題の対処法などを皆で話し合って決めるため、上司・管理者にも意見を言いやすい環境です ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 なんと言っても「学びの場」が豊富にあるという事です。 もちろん日常的に院内で学べることもありますし、定期的に勉強会なども開催されるので、 高い志や行動力があれば評価されキャリアアップもできます。 ほねごりの行動理念の一つに「教学同時」というものがあります。 これは「学びとは教わることではなく教える事。教える事と学ぶことは同時。」ということで、 ほねごりでは教わる場だけではなく、教える場も豊富あるのが良い所です。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私は37歳でほねごりに入社しました。入社時に「1年で院長になります！」と社長や取締役、周囲のスタッフに伝えていたところ、 なんと入社6ヶ月で新店舗の院長のチャンスが来ました。あの時チャンスを掴んだからこそ成長ができ、今の自分があるのだと感じています。 何歳になっても志を高く持ち、なりたい自分を伝え続けることで周囲が助けてくれ叶えてくれる。ほねごりはそのような会社です。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 「しごと」にはいくつかあります。 「仕事」とは人に仕えること。 上司や他人に仕えて指示に従って与えられた作業をすることです。 「私事」とは自分の好きなことや、やりたいことをするなど、自分のためだけにするしごとです。 「志事」とは志や信念を持って取り組むことで、個人のためだけではなく公のためになるしごとの事です。 仕事や私事ではなく、一緒に「志事」をしていきましょう！ 自信がなくても大丈夫。周りがサポートしてくれます。待ってます！
