●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 ほねごりでは社員のための制度がたくさんありますが、私が1番成長したと感じる制度は、新人研修制度です。 新卒で患者さんに入るのは本当に不安でいっぱいでしたが、それぞれ成長速度や経験に合わせた期間で技術はもちろん、 会社のルールやマニュアル、社会人としての教養までしっかり教わることで、配属への不安がとても減りましたし、 同期との強い繋がりを築くことができました。今でも私にとって同期は本当に心強い存在です。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 社員の役職やパートさん関係なく、会社がみんなの意見を聞いてくれることです。 ミーティングや面談、アンケートを通して意見を聞き、圧倒的なスピード感とフットワークの軽さで対応してくれます。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 新人研修時に何度か本社で親睦会という名の飲み会を開いてもらいました。 そこには社長や取締役も参加してみんなで普段できない話もさせてもらいました。 最高に楽しかった思い出の１つです。本当に風通しのいい会社だと感じました。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 私は30代で専門学校に通い新卒で入社しました。 年齢に対してコンプレックスもありましたが、入社してそんな考えは吹っ飛びました！ 鍼灸師４年生として、本当に多くの鍼灸師としての経験を積めたという自信があります。 １日に40名以上の患者さんに鍼灸施術をする事もあり、社内で開かれる外部講師による勉強会も自由に参加できます。 この環境は他にはないと思っているので、本当に恵まれた環境で仕事をしているなと感じます。 経験を積みたい、成長したい人は絶対に入社してほしいです！
