●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 年齢に関係なく挑戦が出来て行動に対して評価していく仕組みがある事で、志の高い仲間と日々患者さんに寄り添う事が出来ます！ 研修はもちろん現場でもスタッフ同士が教え合う事を当たり前としている為、 技術的な部分から困っている事など親身になって相談出来るので意見交換もしやすい職場だと思います ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 開拓者として接骨院グループの先頭に立って動く企業なので様々なポジションや働き方が出来ます！ 他では真似の出来ない成長スピードの裏に毎月希望者が参加出来る社内塾など自己成長の機会があるのも非常に嬉しいポイントです ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 1ヶ月に何件かはあるのですが、他の接骨院などに通っていた患者さんで痛みがあって歩けなかったり 年齢のせいであまり治療をして貰えなかったりした方が来院され帰る時には 「痛みがなくなった」「はじめてこれだけ体を診てくれるところに来た」との声を頂く事があるので自信になります。 ほねごりに入って治療のやり方や見え方の引き出しが増えたと実感しています ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ ほねごりはチームとしての意識がどの院でも強く、 自分の強みを見つけられたり伸ばせる環境で全員が他の誰かの為に動ける職場です！ 患者さんへの寄り添い、自分自身の成長、チームビルディングなど非常に多くの学びを志事を通して得られる場所で一緒に働いてみませんか？
