●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 キャリアアップの為の制度がしっかりあって、やる気ややりがいのある志事ができます！ 院が地域にとってのパワースポットになっていて、 患者さんから「活気があっていいね」！「みんな元気だね」！とよく言われます。笑笑 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 いいところは社長が誰よりも志事してるところじゃないですか？ よく会社の社長ってゴルフ三昧、飲み会三昧みたいなイメージがあったけど (現に前職の経営者モドキはよく、グアムとか沖縄に遊びに行って経費で落としてました) ほねごりの阿部社長は社員全員の声を聞いてくれて誰よりもすぐ動いてくれる。社長の一声で全員が足並み揃えて動けるところ。 →新店舗の集客が上手くいかなかったときに社長の一声で本社の人達が仕事を止めてまですぐに駆けつけてくれてかなり助かりましたし、嬉しかったです。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 1日限定のヘルプ含めて14店舗で志事しましたが、マジでどこの院もパワーあるな〜って思います。 患者さんと仲が良すぎてたまに引くときがあるくらいです。笑笑 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 自分の人生を変えたいと思っている人は是非！ 他の接骨院に無いところが詰まっています！ 地域のどの接骨院にも負けないパワースポットになっていると自信持って言えます！ あなたも八王子宇津木院へ是非！！笑笑
