●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 新卒入社でも3年ほどで院長経験ができ、またその成長に対して上司が真剣に向き合ってくれる会社です。 また良い意味で上司と距離が近いので悩みや課題解決に力を貸してほしいときに頼みやすいです。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 ↳上司の向き合い方がとにかく本気なところです。 目標達成の為にはめちゃくちゃ時間を使ってくれます。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 ほねごりは問診に対してものすごく熱量が高いです。 私自身問診に入る為の問診テストに7回トライしてます。 それまでの過程はここまでできているのだから合格でもいいでしょ！！と思う場面もありましたが 上司が私に真剣に向き合ってくれた為最後まであきらめずにトライする事が出来、合格までたどり着けました。 実際の患者さんに入る際もあの時の経験があり不安なく自身をもって問診に入る事が出来ました。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 私自身初めての会社がほねごりですが本当にこの会社で良かったと思っています。 成長や日々のやりがいを感じたい方はぜひ！！
