●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 仲間意識が高くチームワークがいいのがほねごり。1人では無理な事でも、みんなで団結し協力して成し遂げられます。とにかくみんな熱い。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 ほねごりで働いていると凄く前向きに楽しく働く事ができる。悩んだり、苦しい事があった時でも一緒に働く仲間がいるから乗り越える事ができます。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 私自身、入社して長い間やる気も無く目標もなく働いていました。そんな中でも見捨てず上司の方々が向き合ってくれました。 そして今では院長を任せて貰えるまで成長させて頂きました。そんなほねごりのみなさんに本当に感謝しています。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 研修制度が充実していて色んな事が学べます。 成長したいという思いが強い人には凄く良い環境。上司の方も一人一人に向き合ってくれ、間違いなく成長できる環境です。
