Q.働いていて良かった事を教えてください。
➊患者様との信頼関係を構築できていること。
施術後、患者様に「ありがとう」と言われることは、やはり嬉しいです。そして、困った事や悩んでいる事を気軽に聞いてくれる、頼ってくれることは、もっと嬉しいです。
❷自分のやりたい想いを、形にすることができること。
入社して、数年すると業務にも余裕ができて、自分のやりたいことが見えてきました。自分のアイデアを社長にお話しした際、ぜひ形にしよう、と、丁寧にアドバイスをくださりました。他の方々のサポートも多くいただき、皆さんのお力添えもあって、形にすることが出来ました。それが、ほねごりでスタートした「美容鍼灸」です。一社員の声が叶う環境だということは、ほねごりの良いところの一つだと思います。
Q.ほねごりの働く環境について教えてください。
やる気が湧き起こる。人に恵まれている環境。
ほねごりは、モチベーションを高くもてる、やる気が湧き起こる会社だと思います。徹底された研修、やりたい事をやらせてくれる環境、相談しやすい同期や上司がいる、「人」に恵まれた職場です。今では、私もすっかりほねごりで長く働く一人となり、この職場をよりよくする立場の責任を感じています。私の今後の課題としては、「男性にも、女性にも、働きやすい環境をつくっていく。」そのためには、多くの女性のみなさんに一緒に参加してもらうことが必要です。そうすることで、より良い環境つくり、より良い組織つくりにつながると思っています。是非、女性の皆さん、一緒に働きませんか。（もちろん男性の方もお待ちしています！）
Q.ほねごりの雰囲気について教えてください。
「とにかく明るくて元気」
「目標を個ではなく皆で追いかける」
皆が目標達成の為に色々なことを全力で頑張っているので常に活気があります。自分の成功は自分だけのものではなく、そこから皆へ発信して共有する。そこからまた皆で頑張っていく。ライバルでもあるけれど、仲間という感じがとても強いです。自院だけでなく他院の良い部分を取り入れる機会があったり、自分に必要な技術や知識があれば、勉強会を院・エリアごとに開いて貰えるので、個ではなく皆で頑張って作る院・会社と言う雰囲気があります。
