●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 福利厚生もかなり充実しており、有休等確実に取れるのはかなり嬉しいです！ 雰囲気に関しては、自分の挑戦できる環境が常にあり、誰しもが成長を感じられる環境がかなり魅力だと思います！！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 年功序列ではなく、志があり、個人をしっかりと評価してくれることです！ 施術では色んなメニューも多く、外部からの研修もあり(美容・整形外科疾患など) 幅広い治療を学べる環境は他にない強みだと思います！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 現在総括になり、自分が院長時代の店舗に行くと院長時代の患者さんが来てくれたからと 、コストコのケーキやピザをたくさん持ってきてくれたこと！ 現場を離れても、覚えてくれていたことは最高にうれしいですね！！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 幅広い知識から専門的な知識まで、なんでも学べる環境があります！また開業のリアルなども学べます！ 会社としてもまだまだ、大きくなると思いますので、皆でほねごりを作っていきましょう！！
