●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 社内塾凄いです！！ ほねごりでは、福利厚生の一環として、社内での研修や勉強会を行っています。 本来であれば、個人が費用を負担して外部で受けるような高額なコースを、 ほねごりで無料で受講することができます。学校の授業や、教科書で中々学ぶ事が難しい知識やスキルを得る事ができます。 この機会を活かして得た知識やスキルを、現場の先生や患者さんに還元し、共有することができることは、本当に嬉しいことです。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 人に対してここまでしっかり向き合ってくれる所はない！！ 当社の素晴らしい点は、人に対して人事尽くしてくれることです。 辛い時や、失敗し続けていた時も、決して諦めずに接し続けてくれます。 ほねごりスタッフは相手の困難な状況や挫折を理解し、励ましの言葉やサポートを惜しみません。 常に前向きな姿勢で支え、失敗から学び、成長する機会を与えてくれます！ 何より、頑張っていればチャンスを与えてくれるという点も素晴らしいです。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 問診練習を通じて、人間力が向上しました！ 患者さんに問診を行う際、私たちは問診のテストがあります。 そのテストの練習は時間もかかり、大変な作業でしたが、今となっては本当に頑張って良かったと感じています。 なぜなら、問診は患者さんとのコミュニケーションの一環であり、患者さんとの信頼関係を築く上で非常に重要だからです。
