●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 明確なキャリアアップ制度がある！ 院は居酒屋の様に明るく元気なパワースポットのような雰囲気 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 年功序列ではなく、頑張った人が役職やキャリアが上げられる会社 私も中途で入りましたが、過去に院長をやっていたという経験から3ヶ月で院長になるという目標を持って入社しましたが、 約半年で院長を任せてもらえる事が出来ました！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 院長の立ち上げをした店舗のオープン前準備が、凄まじかったです！ あまり詳しくは言えませんが、あれも今となれば笑い話になる良い思い出♡笑 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 頑張った分、評価してもらえる素晴らしい会社です！ 私もほねごりが3社目になりますが、これほど良い会社は無いと思います！皆さんと一緒に働けるのを楽しみにしてます！
