●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 色々と制度や働き方が充実していると思います。また、部下を育成しようという時の院のスタッフの協力体制は素晴らしいと思います。 院の雰囲気は、元気だね！賑やかだね！とよく患者さんから言われます。心から元気を与えている接骨院というイメージです！ ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 色々とチャレンジしたい事に対して、環境を整えてくれます。新しい取り組みや考え方を受け入れてくれる上司の方たちがいます。 取り組みに対してのサポートも整えてくれます。院内だけの取り組みではなく、院外にも取り組みを考えて行動させてくれます。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 院に所属しながら、外部への活動を認めて貰い、試合や遠征にも帯同させてもらった事は良い経験になりました。 普段だと院内の活動、所属院に入りっきりな事が多いかもしれませんが、他院への臨店や１つ院だけでの経験ではなく、 色々な院に行く機会があり経験値として、積めます。 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 多くの接骨院はありますが、何かしたいと想い入る事で実現しやすいのがほねごりだと思います。 自分のやりたい事で動くことで、成果や結果は早く出来ます。一緒に働ける事を楽しみにしています！
