●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 →本気で自分のなりたい物を叶えようとしてくれる会社です。 その為に必要な事は勿論、人としての在り方も この会社で学んでいます。 また，働く上で大事な福利厚生やお給料も 業界の中で見てもトップクラスだと思います。 また、プライベートも優先してシフト調整なども してくれるのでONとOFFを付けやすく 仕事の効率も上がります。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 →1番は昔ながらの年功序列制では無く しっかりとその人の行動ややる気を 役員や上司が評価してくれる事。 そのおかげで23歳という若さでも 院長という役職に就くことが出来てます。 またなんと言っても様々な経験を持った 先生が沢山居るので多方向への可能性が生まれる為、将来への道が沢山開けます！ ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 →1番は院長に昇格した際に わざわざ院のメンバーが本社まで駆けつけて おめでとうの一言だけを言いにきてくれた事です。 車で1時間ほどかかる距離を営業終了後に 駆けつけてくれました！ ほねごりという会社は現在10期を迎えていますが 初の事だったらしいです！ 男泣きしました笑 ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ →まずは沢山の就職先がある中 このほねごりという会社に興味を持ってもらえた事 とても嬉しく思います！ 皆さんが望む物はそれぞれ違うと思いますが どの方面においても弊社は業界トップクラスだと思います！ そして実際に会社の人と触れ合い 現場を実際に見てもらえればより一層この会社の 良さが分かると思います！ 是非、一緒に働けることを楽しみにしております！
