●ほねごりの制度や雰囲気について教えてください。 やる気があれば非常に楽しい職場です。 我々の資格は完全な技術職の為自身の自己研鑽は常日頃行わないといけないので ほねごりに努める前は休日に一回1万円以上のセミナーなどに通っていましたが、 社内塾などの技術提供の場が数多くある為学ぶ場を会社が用意してくれている （しかも無料で！！） 新入社員の研修も1ヶ月に渡り行える会社は他にないかと思います。 新人研修では、社会人としてのマナーなども教わる形となり、 一般的な大人の立ち振舞いも学ぶ事ができます。 ●ほねごりの良い所を教えてください。 年齢・性別の垣根がない事と 新入社員と社長を含めた役員の距離が近い事があります。 自分の思いややりたい事を知ってもらいサポートをしてくれる環境はこの会社にはあります。 ●その他ちょっとしたエピソードや印象的なエピソードを教えてください。 自分が入って3年目の時に星ヶ丘院のオープンがあり 決起集会の2次会で近くのカラオケ屋さんに10名くらいで行った際、 カラオケ屋さんの受付で『全員ファミリーだからファミリールームを借りたい』と 社長が仰った事があります！この時、酔った社長が自然に仰った言葉が 自分たち社員を【ファミリー】として見てくれているんだと感動しました！！ ●最後に求職者の方へ向けてメッセージをお願いします！ 仕事に関しては楽しい事ばかりではなく辛いことも少なからずあります。 そんな時は辛い気持ちを聞いてくれる周りの上司たちは必ずいる会社です。 まだまだ若い会社で自分よりも年下の上司はわんさかいますが、 逆に新卒の方にはお兄さん・お姉さんのような年齢の先輩がいっぱいいるとも言えます！ 共に学び・成長できる環境はこのほねごりにはあります！！ 一緒にこの会社で成長をしていきましょう！！
